•  Lids/ Doors: Single-Piece with 4off Manual Twist Catches 
• Perforation: Ø2.5mm / 0.098″ Round Hole w/ External Countersink 

  These UHMW PE1000 barrels are perfect for high-volume applications where abrasion resistance, impact strength, and longevity are critical.

11 off 7-sided Barrels

• • Barrel construction: UHMW PE1000 premium grade material
  • One-Piece wall construction (No joined panels)
  • Integrally fitted and fully sealed Ø18.00mm H/T steel support rods in cover rails
  • Sine wave cover profile to avoid part entrapment
  • Number of sides: 7
  • Perforation: 2.50mm (25% open area over drilled section)
  • Volume: 108 Litres
  • Gear Profile: 86T x 6MOD (This can be removed for a none gear profile)
